After leaving her corporate role, Gabrielle Mills co-founded Sourced. in 2016 with her mother, Chrissy Strohmeyer. What began in the basement of her mom’s house grew from a simple question to business owners—“What are you struggling with?”—and the determination to build solutions that met those needs.

Together, this unstoppable mother-daughter team laid the foundation for a company designed to make life easier for entrepreneurs.

Today, Sourced. is a full-service back-office solutions firm that helps small to mid-sized businesses overcome the challenges of limited time and resources. From accounting and marketing to HR, office support, and talent acquisition, Sourced. provides outsourced teams to manage essential business functions, without the overhead of full-time staff.

Gabrielle, The Mom

Gabrielle Mills treasures her role as a devoted mom, a chapter she began after marrying her husband, Derick, in 2018. Her family quickly grew with the arrival of two joyful and energetic children—a son in 2022 and a daughter in 2023. Together, they love spending time at the playground, exploring the zoo, and making memories at what the kids affectionately call “the jumpy place,” better known as the trampoline park.

Her son is currently captivated by all things Spiderman, while her daughter delights in her favorite princess, “Tina” (known to most as Princess Tiana). Their unique personalities bring endless laughter and energy to Gabrielle’s life, and she cherishes every adventure and the joy they create together.

Gabrielle doesn’t consider herself a motivational speaker, but a motivational teacher. Her goal is not only to inspire but also to share important lessons that lead to real transformation.
